I just wanted to send a quick note telling you how impressed with your site I was. I stumbled across a video tour of a house you did on youtube last night and instantly wondered
why I had never seen anyone do this before, it was genius! Even though the video was from a few years ago, and the house isn’t available any longer, I still had to check out your website and was so happy to see the current video tours you had available. This is exactly what I was looking for!After seeing the ‘tours’ they have available on some of the other realtor sites, which consist of the same pictures they have of the house on a slide show set to obnoxious music, I was starting to wonder why Realtors even bother doing them. I don’t even look at them anymore when they are available since they don’t provide any more information than the listing pictures do.
But yours were so much more helpful and had much nicer music. They were the perfect length, and I could actually see and feel the flow of the house. I was also impressed that you not o
nly stated the qualities of the home, but also gave a drawback if there was one. It pointed out something that I may not have thought of. I’m not saying that this was bad, since after looking at some of the current videos I was actually more impressed with the homes than I was after seeing them on other sites.
Aside from the videos I was also impressed with the ease of searching on your site. I was able to narrow into an area that I was interested in very easily and I loved the layout of the search list on the left and then getting more information about a home specifically on the right. Without having to backtrack a page to get back to my search results. This was such a wonderful feature that I ended up spending a few hours on it last night researching areas that I had already looked up. But my absolute favorite thing about the search was the information that you gave about each area. It was just a small paragraph, but since I don’t live in the Green Bay area I found it very helpful and actually had me looking at areas outside of my first searches.
I will definitely be using your site to help me in my upcoming move to the Green Bay area. I am only sorry that the relocation company that my husbands work uses assigned us a realtor, or I would have been on the phone with you and not just sending an email. And I only wish that my realtor here in Iowa had the same creativity and smart marketing that you and your team use with this website and videos. If at anytime we decide or end up moving after coming to Green Bay, I will be using Dallaire Realty.
