You bring up an interesting point about 262 Northbrook Road. I’ve noticed that people are leaning more towards lower priced smaller new construction homes than existing homes that offer much more in square footage. Interesting thing to see.

Greg, I still like the new construction specs that you are building and selling versus the property listed above. $125k seems like a good reasonable price for this property especially if the house was not heated during the winter.

Adam,

Thats a great question we are seeing a constant flow of foreclosure’s there is a little less invetory at the moment because they are selling really quickly with the $8,000 buyer tax credit program. I would imagine there will be a bigger inventory in the near future. Hopefully not we’ll see soon!

Are you finding that more foreclosures are coming down the pipeline or are they start to get fewer and fewer?

Looks like a nice house at a reasonable price would imagine that it will sell quickly.
