The basics of Radon Gas

One of the best sources of information on Radon comes directly from the EPA.   Radon gas has been linked to possibly cause lung cancer.  The Surgeon General has issued a warning that Radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US.

If you want to test for Radon it has to be in your offer

Make sure your Green Bay Realtor is educating you on the process of getting a radon inspection.  A home inspection contingency does not cover or give you the right to a radon inspection.  In Northeastern WI your Green Bay Realtor will be using an addendum to the contract that will give you the opportunity to test for it.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule a Radon Inspection you can call Professional Inspections Green Bay – Bob Lynett at 920-544-1541
