When Green Bay Foreclosurescome up in the Ashwaubenon I typically get super excited.  Ashwaubenon is an extremely popular area that has a great school district that people rave about.  Well when I opened the door to this Green Bay Foreclosure I knew I was going to be in for a treat and thats exactly what I got.  It was a typical distressed property that needs a wide variety of updates to make it livable.

When a distressed property needs a ton of updating it becomes extremely difficult to get typical mortgage financing.  You are really stuck using the FHA (203k) loan which will allow work to be done problem being is that all the work has to be done a licensed contractor.  So if you want to put sweat equity into your home and do alot of the work yourself which could provide a nice equity situation in the future think again.  I’m not saying that going through that route is a horrible option if you have to but you need to understand that you will not be doing alot of the work yourself.

If my video camera had smell o vision you would be smiling ear to ear.  It needs a wide variety of work and at this price in my just personal not professional opinion it needs a better price to make you jump out of the car and want to sign an offer to purchase.
