This unique open house to view the residential and retail space within a chip shot of the Downtown Green Bay CityDeck. The CityDeck will eventually become the go to place.  The CityDeck in Green Bay is going to span roughly a quarter mile along the Fox River becoming a great destination for tourism, businesses, and local shopping.

The Open House event on Thursday September 4th from 3 p.m.-7 p.m. will allow you to check out new and existing space in the core of Downtown Green Bay near the CityDeck, a soon-to-be major downtown attraction and amentity.

  • Riverside Place Condominiums (118 S. Washington Street)

  • Maps will be provided
  • Attendees will enjoy light snacks and refreshments
