When we found our dream house we were very worried about how long it would take to sell our existing home. Noone wants to have two mortgages for long! Our property was very unique in its zoning and location, so we knew it would be difficult to sell. We interviewed several local realtors, and Greg was the only one who really had a feel for what kind of buyer would be a good fit for our property. We signed with him on a Thursday, and within 24 hours, BEFORE the property was even listed, he had an offer for our asking price. Every time I had a question during the sale before closing, Greg answered thoroughly and right away. I didn’t have to wait or wonder.
